Massage Therapy is something I've always been interested in and used before I ever thought about making it a career. I know first-hand the benefits of massage and love passing that on to others.
I take great pride in truly helping my clients heal from chronic issues they may have--even when they've "tried everything". I love working with athletes to help them achieve optimum performance. I also enjoy simply giving a relaxing massage.
My practice philosophy is patience. You can't rush relaxation and you can't rush a stubborn muscle. My pace is usually pretty slow while I am practicing.
When I'm not massaging I really like to be active whether it's mountain biking, being at the gym, or playing sports with my kids. I also really enjoy traveling, great food, and spending time with my family and friends!

I am passionate about deep tissue massage, myofacial release and Trigger Point Therapy. I enjoy helping people who have chronic problems. I like the challenge and opportunity to provide healing to their issues. I worked with a plastic surgeon where I gained lots of experience with lymphatic drainage.
I first got into massage because I always wanted to do something in the medical field. Massage Therapy seemed the most appealing to me. The more I learned about it, the more intrigued I became. In school as I learned the techniques it came very natural to me. I have 18 years of experience and still love what I do.
I am fluent in Spanish and When I'm not massaging I enjoy spending quality time with my family, working out or going on hikes walks with my dog. I also love to travel.
